Simply Giving is an automated giving program designed to help you conveniently contribute financially to the church. Simply Giving is a reliable, safe way to move your stewardship plan into action by having a specific amount withdrawn from your bank account weekly, monthly or semi-monthly for the church’s general fund, the capital stewardship campaign or any other designation. After filling out your Simply Giving form, please put the completed form in an envelope with Bob Soby’s name on it and place the envelope in collection plate. Simply Giving forms are available in the Narthex.
Instructions for Simply Giving Enrollment and Authorization Form
1. Please complete all parts of the section entitled ALL ENROLLMENTS
2. In the section titled CONGREGATION DONATIONS:
a. Congregation name is Prince of Peace
b. City is Alpharetta
c. Street address is 10250 Haynes Bridge Road
d. State is GA; zip code 30022
e. Under “Church Fund Designations” indicate the amount you would like to contribute to each fund listed. You may list others. Note this is the amount per donation. For example, if you want to contribute $200 per month on the 1st and 15th of the month, then you would show $100 under “Amount of Donation.”
f. Frequency of Donation – select your preference and note the start date.
3. Leave blank the sections marked SCHOOL TUITION PAYMENTS AND INSTITUTION DONATIONS
