Each week, Pr. Tom manages to convey a message that brings listeners closer to God. His message of God’s love and grace is not only preached but is also used as a measure when guiding worship and the various ministries and decisions at PoP. About Pr. Tom: After leaving his native Ireland, Pr. Tom began his ministry in Florida as a Catholic priest. Following a leave of absence, he joined the American Lutheran Church and married Barbara in 1969. In 1978, he became a pastor in the A.L.C. entering through the colloquy process. Both his education and ordination were accepted and he was installed as a pastor in Miami. Over 20 years ago, he began his ministry as our spiritual leader at PoP. We give thanks to God for his quiet and steady leadership.
