Katrina Sayers is director of the PoP Preschool. Katrina’s obvious love for children is the impetus behind the selection of teachers and class content; the curriculum weaves education and Christian values with a most generous dose of fun. The children have fun and receive love in a safe and controlled environment. The stated mission at Prince of Peace Preschool is to provide a supportive, challenging academic and social program of early childhood education within a Christian environment.
Katrina’s leadership in the PoP Christian Education ministry encourages and facilitates the continuity of Christian learning and the transition for the children from Preschool through children’s Sunday School [and Sunday Children’s Church] that prepares the children for confirmation classes… a foundation that can carry them through the rest of their lives.
About Katrina: Katrina has been on the staff of the PoP Preschool since 2002. Since taking over as director in 2005, the enrollment of students has doubled. Katrina’s life is very full with her husband, Tom, and children, Amber and Tyler; somehow amongst all these activities Katrina finds time to enjoy her passion for photography.
